New Truck

My wife and I just purchased our 3rd vehicle from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and the experience is easy and seamless every time. A huge thank you to David and Tony for all the help they provided in purchasing our 2021 Silverado RST Duramax. I highly recommend them and the dealership!!

Service contract

Can’t service what they sell so why buy from them or buy a service contract! 3 weeks to get an appointment!! I won’t deal with this dealership again as service manager was not available and another service person just asked what can I do to help U? Duh? My car is over heating , 3 weeks !!!??

What a Wonderful Car buying experience i had

This is without a doubt the best dealership in Charleston to buy a vehicle from. From being greeted at the door to test driving and finalizing the deal it was a smooth process and Les went above and beyond the call of duty to make my truck buying experience wonderful. i’ll be back when i need another truck and will always recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle

Hostile and vindictive

Not only was the man named Les extremely rude and hostile to deal with, he lied about me defaming me to my employer. He is not aware I had my cell phone on recording him and a witness. He left me shaken and when I found out he lied about me and purposely defamed me I decided for the first time in my life I was going to sue. I went in innocently to pick up a brand new vehicle and was verbally berated and attacked when I inquired about the fact the car had dried mud on the carpets and inside floor panels, and the windows inside and out were firlthy black when I cleaned them. There was no gas put in the car, droplets of oil and no washer fluid. Horrible experience. Disgraceful behavior and zero customer care. I am a senior and a global traveler and former business executive. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. They are hostile and upsetting to deal with.

Came in with screw in tire . Purchase new tires

Dennis Davis help me . He was outstanding. Polite friendly. Explained everything well. Extremely professional. I was very impressed with his time he spent with me explaining what I needed and why. Showed me my old tires and explained to me the condition they were in. And gave me many options on new tires showed me tires and explained the difference in them. No sales pitch no pressure to buy the most expensive. And my question. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

Bought a Colorado

Wasn?t planning on buying a car, merely to test drive to see if I wanted to go further. Howeve? They made it quite easy. Found terms I wanted, financed me easily, and I drove home with a new car. As for the buying process, they had the vehicle I wanted and made it happen. If I could have anything improved - it?s the waiting in the little room or cubicles - I don?t know what takes so very long. All seems moving along nicely, and then you just sit and wait and wait. I?m sure each segment of the process needs to hear back on certain facets, but the sitting and waiting is the biggest turnoff to the car buying process for me.

2017 chevy truck

Very disappointed that a major part failed with the truck only having a little over 38, 000 miles and Chevy doesnt value there customer and or that they are ok that there product fails with having such little use.

Very pleasant shopping experience

Stopped in to take a look at the 2020 Blazer. Looking for information, and not quite ready to purchase. Met with David Breiding, to discuss options, packages and basically get "hands on" time with the Blazer. The build quality looks on par with most Japanese imports. Features and performance for the $$ looks very respectable. I was not pushed into a premature purchase, and did have a pleasant follow up call, just to check in on my thought process and time line. Will do a bit more research and planning to return in a few months, when it's time to make the purchase.
