Quick and simple and car washed love it rushed in and rushed out customer area very hospitable and wonderful snacks while waiting I will be back

Oil Change

Scheduled regular oil change and tire rotation at 20,000 miles on MKX. Appointment made for a time convenient to me. Don Beckett was ready for me and ushered it through in under an hour. Thorough check-over, no surprises. Clean car at the end a nice bonus. Friendly and efficient.

Good personal relationship

Andrew kept me informed as to my various service issues. The work was performed in a reasonable time period. I had requested a loaner vehicle to use while my car was tied up, but none could be provided. The GPS update was too expensive so I elected not to have it done.

Good experience

They fixxed the problem with the phone but the other problem with the navigation system reverted back to the same problem after 30 miles. Otherwise everything was great.

Hard to schedule an appointment

The actual service is always fine. Though this time they did not have the light bulb for my back passenger indicator, which seems like a part they would keep in stock. The main concern I have is making the actual appointment, I always have to call 2-4 time before I actually get through to someone in the service department.

Buying a new truck

Didn’t like nothing about buying this truck from y’all this time the first time was great but doubt I would buy another one from this dealership if I had to deal with the same people

Mr. Shirley purchased a new 2017 F150 from us on December 2017. At the time of delivery it was noticed there was a distorted spot on the hood in the paint. We agreed to repair the hood at his earliest convenience. It was about a month later due to his work schedule we set up an appointment to get the work done. His wife brought the truck in and we gave her a loaner vehicle and told her we would let her know when the repair was completed. We completed the repair, unfortunately in doing so some compound got onto some trim pieces of the vehicle and when it dried they became discolored. We initially did not notice this and when we returned the vehicle to Mr. Shirley he was quite upset and justifiably so. We apologized for our indiscretion, rectified the situation to what we thought was Mr. Shirley’s satisfaction and truly regret we missed the error to begin with. We make every effort to make every one of our customers feel valued and appreciated and truly regret Mr. Shirley still feels unsatisfied. We welcome him to re-open a dialogue with us so that we may try to regain his trust and friendship.
