Nothing like a Lincoln
We were Greeted by Anthony with a huge smile on his face. We had spoken to him the day before to see if he had a white or red MKZ on the lot. Everyone we saw was pleasant and said hello, felt like a happy place to work! Traded my 2010 MKS for another MKS but RED, this car is so awesome, it does everything but cook me breakfast. Will definitely recommend Palmetto to all my friends.

2014 Ford Fiesta
I really appreciate all the help that Ford and Mr . Kelvin has given me. Mr.Kelvin is very nice and friendly man. He helped me to get the car I wanted and as a college student he made sure I was in a brand car and also the help of Mr.Lane they are wonderful people and couldn't thank them enough. I am very happy in my brand new 2014 Ford Fiesta!!!

My experience with Hedi was great. She greeted me well, explained about the f-250 and looked for a red one. We could not find a red one that i liked so we looked at the black ones and came up with a reasonable price that both party's could live with. I am happy that i stopped in to see them and would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Very unhappy. On Saturday when I purchased the vehicle, they forgot to put the fuel in. I called the salesman, Floyd Burton, and he apologized. Bring it back on Monday, he said. Brought it back with a quarter tank full. After he put the fuel in, it didn't even reach a half tank. I could have stayed in Summerville if I thought that's all I would receive. Took me almost $55 to finish filling it up. I've bought cars from there before, and other dealers around Town, and they always filled it up. Ron Austin, the finance person, I found not to be friendly at all. After handing me the receipts, he didn't shake my hand, or even thank me. He just turned and walked away. Probably wasn't happy with me, because I didn't purchased the extended warranty from him. Therefore, you can bet I won't be back for more of the same treatment.

I hope it is OK to add another review to the one I just entered. As soon as I entered my previous review, I realized that I had left out a very important person that definitely contributed to my happiness with Palmetto Ford during my purchase of a new 2014 Ford Explorer. Brandon Fleetwood has great knowledge about the SYNC system in my new Ford Explorer, and was a great teacher when explaining all of the features included in my new car. He had great patience when working with someone who is many times intimidated with all of the new electronics available. I left the dealership knowing how to operate everything in my Explorer, and now have no fear of "messing up" my system. In turn, I had no problem explaining all of the features in my car to my family. What a great addition to your family of employees at Palmetto Ford!! Go Bulldogs!!

Gary French was great to work with, and helped me get the best possible deal for the car that I wanted. When I walked into the dealership, I knew that I wanted an Explorer, and I knew the features that I wanted on this car. Gary and everyone at the dealership worked hard to make it all happen.
