southern ford in Thomaston ga! Was very unsatisfie

I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to southern ford in Thomaston ga! Went for recall parts I guess they did them & got my car back drove it for three days & it broke down on my daughter comin from work to get back to campus! Didn’t fix my fog light that they say they didn’t mess up but they did & when I called up there 2 report it no one called me back for three days until I let them know how upset I was that my car broke down! Still did not fix my fog light & rudely let me know they wasn’t responsible for it even after I told them it wasn’t like that when I brought it to them! So I want recommend no kind of service for anyone to have did there!!!

"If you know so much why dont you fix it yourself"

Direct quote from the service manager: "if you know so much about it why dont you fix it." Brought vehicle in for a very specific issue to have diagnosed and service department diagnosed issue to be something unrelated. When questioned about said diagnosis, in an attempt to further resolve the issue, service manager began talking over me explaining how he was a "master tech" and he had a "master tech" look at the issue. Office staff was pleasant and made their best attempts to be helpful but were overridden. General manager was also pleasant but appears he has no say so over the service department. Would not recommend Southern ford of Thomaston's service department.

I got ripped OFF!

BEWARE! I purchased vehicle that was serviced and ready to go. Southern Ford tries to come across as a honest small town dealer. When I received truck from transporter it would barley run and service engine light was on, oil pressure maxed out, steering column is broke in half and it leaks oil like a sieve. I called salesman and he said the light wasn't on at his stealership. I showed them photos that they took and it was clearly on. I got sold a bill of goods, live and learn but I'd stay clear of these dishonest people.

Owner of Ford C-Max

I have really enjoyed driving my Ford C-Max. I have 15,000 miles on it and just recently had it serviced for the second time. Everything is great, the service dept. is awesome. I recommend Thomaston Ford and the C-Max to anyone thinking about buying a new car. I couldn't be happier with their all around service.
