Above & Beyond Service

We had our 2013 Equinox towed in after a front engine oil leak caused the serpentine belt to jump off. The team at Lakeside did not just look at the obvious, they also looked into any other age related issues on our 100,000+ mile engine we wearing. Repairs were made and our vehicle returned in a very timely manner given today's supply chain related issues. Thanks to Chuck and the guys in the shop for a great job!


Another Great Preventative Maintenance Service

Chuck helped me get all my appropriate mileage related PM services completed before a long summer vacation with our Silverado 2500HD DuraMax & 5th wheel. The team in the service department performed the services in a timely manner. Thanks again!!


Oil Change

Chap was able to get me in and out for an oil change on a Saturday with no appointment. Will recommend their service department to all my friends.



The staff were friendly. I found them to be honest and straight forward. They weren?t charging over MSRP and they weren?t adding a protection plan to the deal like so many other dealerships are doing. It was an easy and pleasant car buying experience.



I stopped by without an appointment for an oil change and the service guy Chap took good care in getting my vehicle into the lube center and fully serviced in a timely manner, This dealership is top notch in the service department.

Don’t waste your time ... this place is joke

I live in Rockwall and own 2 chevy vehicles... neither one of them was purchased in Lakeside, needless to say anything else about that ... took one of the vehicles for alignment couple months ago and before i can even get out of my car service advisor starts yelling “ no electricity, we can’t do nothing, turn around “ and walked back inside. I live 6 miles from dealership but for new vehicle purchases or any vehicle maintenance this will be my last place to go.
