This is the second car that we have brought from Group 1 Rockwall Ford. They are our go to and Mr. Morris Carter is our salesman. You cant go wrong with Mr. Carter and Rockwall Ford.

Was late for my oil change appointment at 10 AM but they took my car in. I was out in just over an hour.. Everybody was professional I’ve never seen him.

Came in for oil change/coolant flush was all taken care in good time. They communicated very well and I?d ask first if I wanted to take care of some other stuff on my car and understood the time I was on.

The mobile service department at group 1 Rockwall really saved me in a pinch. I had a hole in my tire and they came and plugged it and took care of my oil change while they were at it. They were able to schedule me in the same day I called. I can?t say enough good things about them.
