Rockwall Ford did an inspection on my vehicle and they were honest about the issues I had. I already knew about before I arrived. They offered me solutions without being pushy. They completed what I wanted and charged competitive prices.

I bought a car & can't get plates & registration.

I bought a car & can't get plates & registration. 2 people told us 3-4 weeks. It's been 4 weeks & they claim another 4 weeks. When I call them they either hang up on me or send me to voicemail & no one calls me back. I bought the car for Uber & can't drive until I get license plates. I'm going to miss 8 weeks of working & dealership is rude, and trys to brush me off. Customer service is terrible. I would never buy another car there. I don't trust them for service. My recommendation is if you want good service this isn't the right dealer for me. They are costing me money each day they won't get my tags. They sure didn't act like this before I wrote them this big check for the car. Very cruddy service in my opinion.

I ordered a car instead of buying off the lot.

I ordered a car instead of buying off the lot... The process took about 18 months which crossed over two model years... So when the original order ran out of time after a year, we had t place another order.. The car did arrive in March from it's original Order date of Sept. of 2023.. Throughout the process Misty and Rob had to be very patient with me though all the questions and inquires I through at them frequently.. When I got the car there was a minor defect related to the paint/coating that they handled promptly.. I would highly recommend Rockwall.. It's my second vehicle I have purchased from.. Will go back if/when I buy my next new Car.
