I was buying a new truck to pull are camper with .

I had a good salesman Kevin (bacon) Bradrick he made it a lot easier for us . This is one of a few that will work with you too help put you in a new car.

Mike Couch great guy.

We worked with a great guy named Mike Couch. He helped us get the right truck for a good price. Very friendly and even help with information on where to find parts for a classic car. Would really recommend everyone to go see Mike Couch at Hoover.

Five star

Just bought a Challenger from them. Was an easy process and Damian Mathews was my salesman. He did great taking care of me. Go see him if you’re shopping for a car

Buyer be Ware..!!

If I could have given less than a 1 I would have...don't buy from these people.They will do anything to get you out the door...then forget getting any help. !! Sugar would not melt in their mouth until after the sale. Things that the Sales manager, Doug, promised to take care of never happened. He conveniently forgot that these promises were made. One issue was even listed on the BS "we owe" form and they have just strung me along, saying that I had to have it done and they would re-imburse me later...really..after he told me that arrangements would be made for it be taken care of at the Dealership and would only take an hour or so. Bottom line is don't buy from these crooks, or if you are foolish enough to buy from there have the entire deal and any promises made notarized...and then maybe you will get them done..or at least have enough documentation for court proceedings. I Just remember you have been warned.!!

Routine oil change and tire rotation done per appo

I was pleased with service at the Hoover dealership. Did not have to wait too long. Left car interior clean. All staff pleasant and efficient.

Y'all don't take your car to this place. They have had my...

Y'all don't take your car to this place. They have had my car now for a week and still haven't gotten it back and Everytime my husband calls up there they tell him the next day it'll be ready. It was a simple 2 hour job but has turned into a week. Yesterday we were told itll be ready today Friday and now we are told "probably" monday. It's a simple job that should have been done in no time.

Check for surprise dealer fees

Went to see used vehicle posted online. Car was nice, price was very competitive. Was a great experience until in the latter stages of the paperwork i am shown the sale beakdown and question a $1300 dealer "aftermarket addon". This was not listed on window sticker and while salesman mentioned that they tinted windows and treates fabric or something at no time was i told that there was a fee associated with that. I didnt receive any paperwork or warrantee cards even proving that it was treated or that the windows were not already tinted when they bought the vehicle. Just not the most ethical way to run things and quickly soured my experience and impression of this dealer. As i already invested a few hours in this and i liked the vehicle i agreed to pay around half of their ridiculous fee. I got suckered on that fee and others should be aware, read payment breakdowns and question all unexpected charges and addons. Maybe i am old fashioned but shouldn't everything be clearly posted on window sticker price? Seems like that would be a law.
