If you buy from Kyle Raftery don't expect a call back, that's how they deal with former customers. I didn't buy from another porsche dealer they call me more. Does that make sense?

My Macan S needed two recall updates. Bray helped with the paperwork. He also found a loaner for me. Service did a great job. They completed a multi-service check. Service was very quick. I was given a vacuum job!

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE BEFORE AUTHORIZING WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Last week I had a coolant leak that made my 2017 Macan inoperable. I had the car towed to the Porsche Carlsbad dealership late on Thursday afternoon and late on Friday afternoon we were told that the repairs, which were described as replacing the coolant bottle, hose and cap, would cost $3,500.00. When asked for additional details we were told it was a 7-man hour job and given vague responses. We were also told that the "Shutter System" needed to be repaired for $1,700.00, even though there was not any indication it was not working . We did not authorize any work to be done until we received a detailed quote which we never received before the end of the day. On Monday morning I had the car towed to an independent foreign car mechanic who specializes in Porsches and has many 5-star reviews across all review sites. After doing a thorough inspection of the car, all they found that was needed was to replace a cracked coolant bottle, period. The total cost of the inspection, parts and labor was $385.00. I can't begin to fathom the amount of people who are taken advantage of and don't know to question what appears to be an unreasonable quote. I don't know if this is because I am a woman and acknowledge that I don't know anything about cars. Always get a detailed quote and shop your repairs. There are amazing service specialists out there who can provide reasonable rates.

Santiago's customer service is impeccable. He listened to exactly what we wanted in our Porsche, and made it happen. He patiently answered all our questions, and made the purchasing process seamless. This has been the best car buying experience to date.

Bought my 1st Porsche from Carlsbad (Taycan RWD) after placing a deposit in 2019! Chris Strole and Kyle Raferty helped me through out the process. Love the car, has some glitches like all new tech but feel I'm getting great service from sales to service dept. I have a customized GTS on order now!

Good but when you buy a nice car they are done with you. Sales Kyle Raftery basically ignores my email so I have to be deceptive and email someone else to ask a question. Sean Pruno in service is great but this dealership seems "quiet" once you buy the car. San Diego Miramar Porsche seems to give me more attention.
