Bait and switch lies and fuzzy math

Advertised a great price on a new camaro. All is well to the closer came and showed me dealer add-ons that I did not want-but they refused to deal unless I bought them. Bait and switch tactics. Add-ons: "paint protection" I call this wax, what do you call it? "Interior protection" I call this scotchguard. Finally, "theft protection" a bunch of metal stickers on panels. Thieves have razor blades, so yeah not really theft protection. Their math was fuzzy and I had to go over and over with the closer guy. You know when they bust out a 4 square and talk payment it is bad. I talk price not payment. I should have walked. I almost did walk. You shouldn't even set foot in there so you don't have to decide to walk or not. Also they denied an approved incentive I had from GM said "only worth 200" but was worth 1750 then put 0 for it and were dumb enough to put it in writing I will be complaining to GM Financial as soon as the financing is completed Also tried to rip me off on apr---3.29 is GM's best rate, tried to get me to sign on 3.99 Sorry I have an 800 plus credit score. xxxx!

Great deal, they have salesmen with integrity!

I regularly buy cars every few years so I'm used to it. I bought a Silverado Z71 4x4 from them last year and I am very pleased with the deal! They had an ad for a brand new Silverado and I e-mailed them to see if there were surprises in the price but they assured me the price I saw would be the price. I went down there and the original guy wasn't there but the new guy, Joven, was aware of the price. No problem at all! I bought it at what they said it would be and it was an incredibly great deal. They don't play games at all and I really appreciated that! The service department is great. I actually enjoy my time there.

Internet sales

I agreed to pay the asking price add a new Chevy SUV. I confirmed with the sales manager that I would purchase a vehicle at the asking price as it was fair. That was then forwarded to the Internet sales manager to complete the deal. After running my credit he began to ask me questions about what other discounts I might qualify for. However these discounts we’re only revealed to me when I began asking repeated questions. The Internet sales manager began to lie to me and then became hostile when I stated that these were manufacture discounts that were only revealed after the price was agreed-upon and that they should go to me. He began lying once again, telling me that the manufacturer discounts I qualified for were already wrapped into the price..... Even though he had no knowledge of them until after we agreed on a price. Needless to say, I bought a car from another dealer.

Bought a new 2020 Chevrolet Traverse!
