Awesome dealership !
This place and the People were excellent to work with! They accepted my first offer through email and it was a great deal! Got to the dealership had my truck waiting in front for us , we met Doyle the salesman and walked around the vehicle for a look see , then drove the truck alone , no pressure , got back and told Doyle we would take the truck( then )he told us about all the perks that go with buying a used car from this dealership not before! Everyone was great including Kenneth the finance director. I will shop there again and refer all my friends and family to Bill Utter ford. I,m 61 and retired and this isn,t my first rodeo lol I know a well run business when I witness one.
I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
Be prepared for a LONG wait in service!
The service department at Bill Utter Ford is absolutely horrible. I've been waiting 2 hours for an oil change and my car still isn't on the rack. People come after me and are out. 2nd straight time I've endured this treatment

They fixed a couple little dents for free, Toronto was very good to deal with, I would recommend going through these guys if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
You will not find a more helpful dealership than Bill Utter Ford. I am simply amazed at how kind, helpful, and genuine these guys are. It puts whole new meaning to the phrase ?car salesmen? which often leaves a bad taste in your moth. Phil, Kent, and tabitha are all huge assets to this dealership and should be rewarded for their customer service. The place is clean, accommodating, and high quality. You will also find very solid vehicles in the pre owned department. Overall, my experience with Bill Utter was top notch and if I can give them all of my business, I will. Thanks guys!
Great Purchase Experience
Sabastian was very easy to work with and wasn't pushy. He listened to what I said I was looking for and made my buying experience a good one. I would definitely work with Sabastian again when buying a used car.
