Best experience buying a car hands down!! I am active duty mil and was needing to quick turn a purchase of a car for my wife while geographically separated during a family crisis. Mr. Phill T. Phil Tysinger was a top notch dealer. He never pushed any agenda and was very laid back. He was as knowledgeable as he could be for a non Ford vehicle and had all the information printed out for me when I arrived at the dealership. He was supposed to leave by 5:00 but stayed much later to make sure the sale went through seamlessly.

I found a used 2024 GMC Sierra Denali 2500HD on their website and called the next day and spoke to Casey. He promptly got off the phone with me to go check the lot and make sure it was still available. He immediately called me back and said that it was and that he’d get a video over to me. I told him I would see him around noon. My girlfriend and our kids were with us, and when we arrived, we were starving. I asked Casey if I could get a plate and give him a copy of my license and, of course, leave him my Vette, and we could take it to get lunch. He said not a problem. When we returned, is when Casey really shined. He was very good at making sure we were comfortable and had water. He was also very good and interactive with the kids. He got to work on my deal but always checking to make sure we had something to drink or if we needed anything. There were some minor issues with the truck that Casey immediately got figured out, and the whole experience was 2-3 hours long. One of my best and fastest experiences at a dealership yet. Thanks again Casey and keep up the good work. The fact that you were good with the kids speaks volumes. We appreciate that.
