I've never been discouraged with the service department....

I've never been discouraged with the service department. The last time I was there was for routine maintenance; ie oil change, tire rotation and fluids check.

It was our first and last time we take our truck to your...

It was our first and last time we take our truck to your dealer/company. My husband took his Ford Explorer with a problem, we both explain the issue to Ms. Rubio. The truck would run/drive for a couple of miles and would turn off unexpectedly. Rubio called to let us know the techs have found the problem and that we needed to pay 1,300, which we did. We got the truck problem was not fix, called Rubio again just to tell us to take the truck back. We did! Rubio then called to let us know they have found the problem but that we needed to pay 1,500 to be fix…. This is ridiculous! We had payed already for the same problem which apparently it was never fix!

The best used auto purchase experience I have ever had...

The best used auto purchase experience I have ever had due to Mr. Larry Roberson of the Bill Utter Ford Sales Department. Larry listened to what I wanted, was informative but patience and made the entire process of purchasing my new used vehicle fun and relaxing as well. The vehicle was delivered exactly as promised and I was treated like a customer and not just a sales quota. I have also experienced the professionalism of their service department with my past two other Ford vehicles and I strongly recommend to anyone who needs their Ford vehicle serviced and/or maintenance to visit Bill Utter Ford for the most fair pricing with their professional and expert vehicle diagnostics.
