Awesome experience! Steve did a great job!

This is the second new vehicle we've purchased from Bill Utter Ford. It was a great experience from initial contact through the final paperwork. Steve did a superb job in sales and Rob was outstanding in finance. Thanks for the wonderful experience in buying our new F150.

Long Term Relationships

Confidence, trust, integrity, just a few words that express my feeling of Lee Trunick and the Bill Utter way. They have built their business the same way we have at Distinct Designs Construction, by valuing the relationship they have with their clients and treating each and everyone of them like a good friend, and you did not want to disappoint them for any reason. You don't have clients come back time after time without earning their respect and trust. Most of our clients are repeat customers, because we produce a quality project, at a fair price in a timely manner, again and again and again. After thirty years in business, with our own company and 60 years of business for Bill Utter, I know and appreciate what it take to deserve that call when I say to Lee, on the phone that I'm bring my Ford F-150 in for my 311,000 mile check-up. We both chuckle as Lee looks through the page after page of data base in his computer. Yes there is a reason I keep coming back to Lee and Bill Utter, they treat me and all their clients with dignity an respect, I can depend on them and I trust their work and integrity. I consider Lee a GOOD FRIEND. Salty

Excellent, efficient and very professional

After searching for many trucks, at many different dealers, from San Antonio all the way to Dallas, our best experience was at Bill Utter Ford this is where we purchased our new truck. A lot of the other dealers play games and make it a headache and hassal for you to purchase a vehicle. Most were very unprofessional. Toronto spikes was our sales consultant. I give him more than five stars. He was honest, professional and courteous. He even went out of his way to call me after he had left the dealership from his home to make sure everything was finalized, before driving out to Dallas. He went above and beyond. He made buying our truck quick and painless. He gave us the best price with out so much back and forth. I would definitely recommend Bill Utter Ford to any friends or family, are any of you searching for vehicle. I also highly recommend that you visit Toronto Spikes.

Service with Lee Trunick!

Lee is amazing! We have been waiting on the Takata airbag recall on the 2014 Mustangs! Lee called today with a part! Lance in service literally had the car in the back for 20 minutes. DONE! I am a very satisfied customer and mother! Our son drives this car and knowing that he is safe, makes us feel so relieved!! Thank you, Lee and Lance at Bill Utter Ford!!

Great service from Lee Trunick

My boyfriend and I only will take our 3 Ford trucks to Lee. Lee is always great to deal with, does a fantastic job, and is straight with us about what should really be done, what's not necessary, etc. I trust him completely and never question what he thinks needs to be done, and he keeps our trucks in perfect working order. As a woman, I've often been taken advantage of by service places and talked into doing expensive things that I later found out were not at all needed. Lee is so trustworthy, I have no qualms about telling him to do what he thinks is best. On top of all that, he's a super nice guy, I can talk to him by phone if I have a quick question, and he always makes sure we're taken care of. Can't say enough good things about Lee, I don't trust my truck to anyone but him.

quick response from bill utter

Having problems with my 2015 f 150 king ranch. I got a call Craig bowen. He was very helpful. To help me with my issues. I was very impressed how quick he got with me .and going above to make this right.

will not buy a vehicle from them again

Service department would not help solve problems. Just seem they would rather argued with me. Was treated better at a dealer that I didn't buy vehicle from. Just will not deal with them anymore.

Bill Utter Ford service department has been nothing short of awesome every time I've visited. I truly trust the advice I'm given by Lee Trunick and have confidence in the work they perform. I will return to Lee for my Expedition every time without a doubt. Thank you Lee!

Always Excellent Service!!!!

This is the only place to take your truck for service!! I have been going to Lee for years to get my F-250 serviced and wont go anywhere else.
