Though the service I receive from Spaulding Ford is always very good. I did not receive credit for a coupon I had given to the service writer.

Great Service
I just got a 2016 4-door, 4WD F-150. Bobby Bunn was extremely helpful and made sure that I got the vehicle I really wanted.

Was very pleased with the service.
Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and easy to deal with. My only problem was I didn't make an appointment and was told the oil change would take 45/50 mins. It wound up being two hours and 20 minutes. I'll be sure to make an appointment next time. I will still be back!!!

Great Service
Walt is a great service rep, friendly and easy to talk to. I have no problems with my 2014 Fusion Hybrid and the cost of 20k service was very fair. However, I do have a problem with the cost of software update of SYNC.
