Only given one key to my vehicle after everything was done. First time in my life that I bought a new car and they didn’t fill the tank up with gas. Had to remind the finance person what was agreed on when signing papers. Started out great ended so so.

The people were friendly at Susan schein. They were supposed to fill the tank with gas and only filled it 3/4ths full instead of full. Disappointing they didn't do what they said they would do. I would buy from them again but would double check their promises.

Carl was such a major help. He went above and beyond to help us get a fantastic car. I would 100% recommend Carl when looking for a car here! I contacted Carl by phone as I had found a hard to find truck on their internet inventory, I drove two hours and was not disappointed. Carl was super friendly and made me feel welcomed and at home there. He was very attentive to my questions and if he didn’t know the answer he got others on it. We actually had a lot of laughs together- something pretty rare at a car buying excursion.The entire staff just seemed like good folks.
