Rubin was great to work with when we bought our new Mazda. He was professional, respected our time, and really listened to our wants and needs. I highly recommend him! We were very pleased with our car buying experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the dealership was laid back and comfortable.

I was very disappointed when I took my car this time.
I was very disappointed when I took my car this time. I scheduled for an oil change and diagnostic check. The loaner car I received was clean on the inside, but very dirty on the outside. After picking my car up, I noticed that the wrench light was on and the sticker that shows the mileage for my next oil change was not changed. I tried calling back, but no one answered the phone. I turned around and went back. I noticed one employee was on his phone, one employee was on the company phone, and the other one was walking in. I went to the employee on the cell phone first and he told me he felt like I needed to talk to one of the other employees next to him. I then proceeded to ask the employer that walked in. I asked that employee and he told me that his technicians were gone to lunch from 12 to 1. Nothing was suggested to resolve the issue. So now I have an old sticker from my last old change and a wrench light that is visible on my dashboard that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I don't feel like they cared about my issue at all. He didn't ensure me that the problem could be resolved. If this is how customers are treated, I will not be back.
