The communication with them was great before i purchased

The communication with them was great before i purchased the vehicle, however once purchased and have had the car for a couple of months i had a question so i emailed once and called and left two messages with no response. So don't tell people before they leave the lot with a vehicle to call if they need anything because you don't even help. My question was simple but i guess since you already got my money why bother. So yeah, customer service was good until it wasn't.

The worst car dealership I have ever been to.

The worst car dealership I have ever been to. Please don’t go there! They found me a truck at another dealership and said I had to pay 1000 dollar deposit which I did and the truck disappeared and no one will call me back or refund my deposit. I have called at least 20 times with no help from anyone. Do not work with salesman Jacob, sales manager BD Banks, or general manager Patrick. This place is the worst car dealership period. Places like this is what gives car dealerships a bad name

Tidelands Ford was a pleasure to do business with. I purchased a new expedition over the phone and had it delivered to my home in Florida. The entire process was super easy! I was updated on the process the entire time. Every employee from the salesperson to the manager of the dealership was great! I would recommend buying your next vehicle from Tidelands!

I was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase

I was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase experience with Tidelands Ford. Our salesman Jason did a fantastic job! I live 3 hours away and made several calls to him concerning the car I wanted to purchase. He was always very helpful and quick to respond to my questions/concerns! I would highly recommend Tidelands Ford and Jason to anyone making a car purchase!
