I truly regret dealing with this dealership... I came to the dealership because I entrusted one of the salesmen. Biggest mistake ever! I purchased a used... 2016 Chevy Malibu on December 14, 2018. I have had the car for 8 months and it has been in the shop 3 times. The first incident I experienced was flooding inside the vehicle. Every time is rained my backseat and trunk would be soaked in water. The area where the spare tire is stored was basically a pond! Took the car to the dealership and I was informed that my vehicle would be fixed AND detailed due to the musty smell from being rained in. Well first of all, I was not offered a vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed. Second, I was called on a Saturday and told that my car had be fixed and detailed. I went to pick up the car Monday and the informed me that someone jumped the gun... My car wasn't ready.. May I add that I do not leave in Talladega County and I had to find a ride to Sylacauga. Thirdly, I return to pick up my vehicle that Wednesday and the problem is fixed however the vehicle was not detailed. At this point I am frustrated therefore I do not address the lie. The second time the car was in the shop due to the gear shift. When I put the car in park and turn off the car a warning pops up to put the car in park. The receptionist in the service department witnessed this. However, the following day I get a call from the Service Department telling me that I would need to take the car to a GMC dealership. Supposedly, they do not have the equipment to correctly diagnosis what the problem maybe. Of course I am upset because the car is still under warranty and they are telling me I need to take the car somewhere else. After speaking to the salesman I dealt with the car was then took to another Serra service department. Well almost 3 weeks later I get a call to come and pick up my car... According to the salesman the service department could not duplicate the problem therefore the problem was not fixed... Again I am highly upset because my car has been gone for almost 3 weeks and no repair has been made. And also I am informed that there is a bulletin in regard to this issue with this particular car! I have basically lost all respect for this dealership. I work hard for everything that I have. I am basically paying for a car that I am afraid to drive. It is now just sitting in my car port. The third issue that I experienced with this car I did not even contact the dealership. I felt there was no need to because I feel they could car less. It's all about a sale. People are steady losing decency over $1.... I don't wish this experience on anyone. And in closing I want to add that I am NOT the complaining type! I never do reviews!

we bought the car back on 11/11/17. from the very beginning, we had problems with taking care of this car. It is a good running car, but they were very... slow to replace tires. We were in desperate need for a new car because our van died. The tires were bad but we needed a new car. we bought the car, but the sales mgr and financial mgr were very adamant about replacing anything on the car because they said they discounted the car for us. After looking at the car, I noticed that they had not changed the oil since 2016. The sales mgr(Darryl Wood) said to call him back that Monday. I called and spoke with Amanda(very gracious and, she was an angel from God) that Monday, She told me that the car had not been gone through the 99 point inspection and they have been having problems with cars going on the lot uninspected. This is after we bought the car. At this point, I was very upset, deceived and felt cheated. Amanda told me back and they will do the oil change because the oil change had not been done!!!! So I took it back in, not only did she have my oil change, but she set it up for me to get 4 new tires and told me that the car was missing a plate light(which I could have gotten a ticket for). A couple of days later, I took my car to get my tags, the tag office clerk told me that your address is wrong on the docs. She said you will have problems with your paperwork with your auto finance company. I called Mr. Wood back and he says I need to drive back out to him. Now mind you, I live in Calera and I work in Trussville, so I had to take off from work early. Afterward a couple a days, he called and told me I need to come back out there because they needed to add the suffix on my name, Dennis Crawford III, so I had to leave work early again(1 hour long drive) back to Sylacauga. For my convenience, he filled me up with gas. So several months in 2/18 later I went to get my oil change at NTB in Alabaster, They did check my brakes and told me my brake pads were worn and my rotors were going bad. I just bought the car back in November 2017 and once again I spoke to my angel, Amanda, who was the only one fighting on my behalf. So I got the brake pads and rotors turned. So recently, the heating and cooling in my car was having some problems, spoke with the service mgr, and Darryl Wood, they both bounced me around between each other. I thought my warranty covered this with Fidelity but come to find out it was just a power train warranty. Spoke with Joel and often would refer me to Darryl Wood and the issue never got resolved and there were several promises to investigate but I never got a call back. I just recently paid off my car and got rid of the warranty this dealership sold me and got a better warranty that covers everything. In conclusion, when I went to cancel the warranty, I told Mr. Wood he was very unprofessional and did not appreciate his lack of follow ups to ensure my needs were met. That is why I urgently paid this car off immediately because I was just wanted to get disconnected from this dealerships lack of compassion for the customer. It was told to me by some workers there that cars are often put on the lot without inspection just to get a quick sale and that is ridiculous. Had we known, we would have gone to another dealership.....but I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THE TONY SERRA FORD DEALERSHIP IN SYLACAUGA. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

Had an appointment to get my 2017 F150 serviced ,staff was friendly, service was quickly done & we were on our way home in a short time . 100% completely... satisfied, thanks

My only complaint is it took so long to make the purchase. The price was right, but it took close to 5 hours. This may have been due to an open recall... that had to be fixed before I took possession of the car
the recall you fix is good as for as I know but left bottom air duck hanging down under the bumper

Service department was very professional and got my car serviced quickly. I was in and out within 50 minutes.
