Good experience

I showed up without an appointment for a oil and filter change. They were very helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner!

Great Service/Very Reasonable

Great service

I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape on 12-31-15. The staff handled everything great. I had reviewed the vehicles on the website, and expressed interest in the vehicle that I bought to Samantha. The car was out on loan, but she faithfully contacted me as soon as the vehicle was returned. I was given great service through the test drive, vehicle inspection, financing and trade. I am very pleased with my New Escape. This is the third Escape I have owned. I think it's the best Escape I have owned. Thanks.

No pressure, straightforward sales people.

We bought a new Explorer from Starkville Ford. The sales people were very helpful, yet we never felt pressured. We were given plenty of space to make a decision, which to me is a rarity in the business. My only complaint is that we were not given any details on maintenence, etc, but all of that is easily found in the owner's manual. In short, I would highly recommend considering them if you are in the market for a new vehicle
