I went to get the regular service interval but it took two days to get an oil change. I dropped it off at 8 am and it was not ready until a day later... and the dealer didn't even call to let me know it would be done late. I made a complaint about the treatment and the service provider had the nerve to say I should change where i drive which is none of his business. This is the worst audi service shop in the valley.

Great car buying experience. No rush ... very knowledgeable. Very caring. No pressure. Great teaching by Adora on how to use all of the features of the... car. All in all we were VERY happy with Audi Chandler and our saleswoman Adora.
Went for a service interval but it took them two days and did not get notice it would be delayed. The service rep was very unprofessional and even advised... I should not be driving as much which is none of his business. Why does an oil change take two days! This is un acceptable and their lack of customer service is even worse. This seems to be trend for Audi in general and hope corporate takes action.

I would give this place 0 strs if I could! I went there and looked at a 2013 Lexus GS 350 with 125000 miles they were selling at "Below Blue Book"... price to the public instead of selling at auction. No mechanical guarantee, no re-conditioning, which I accepted. I liked the car and put down credit app with excellent credit. After I specifically asked if this was the price and whether they were going to jack it up, the internet salesman Lou Solomon looked me in the eyes while standing next to a woman called Adora and specifically promised not to jack the price they gave me. After few days of back and forth they raised the price nearly $1000 because they had to replace a cracked windshield and put front brakes on it. This is bait and switch and false advertising, pure and simple. Plus the lady sales person Adora did not know much. Almost every question I asked she had no idea: Example What brake job did you do? Pads, rotors calipers? or just slap pads? The answer: I don't know. When I asked why there was an inch gap between the back rest and seat cushion on passenger side rear seat, she said maybe someone heavy sat in the back. Utter lack of knowledge and unprofessionalism! Do not go there and do not trust these people. My visit there was a total waste of my time!

Gabe Amaya gave me a great introduction to Audi Chandler with my new-to-me A5. I scheduled an appointment for a clear bra installation but at the very,... very last minute added window tinting and some polishing work. No problem! He arranged everything plus a loaner for the day. The department manager doing the polish was not happy with the spot job. Gabe called and offered a super-duper three stage whole car polish for a reduced price. I simply could not be happier with Gabe???s suggestion since I think I can see middle earth reflected deep in my hood. The artistry used in both the clear bra and the window tinting is simply remarkable. When I returned to pick up my car I was forced to wear sunglasses just so I could look at it. Thanks Gabe!
