Came in for my 60k service. The team was quick and communicative. All of my questions were answered, and I did not feel there were any smoke and mirrors. Of note, this was on a Saturday. I will continue to use this dealership.

Everything was great except the amount of time it took
Everything was great except the amount of time it took when picking up the car. over two hours with an appointment. Cash deal so no financing was needed but it still tool this long. I out a lot of value in respecting peoples time. Everything else was great.

Avoid AutoNation Subaru of Scottsdale – $18K for a Truck Needing $16K in Repairs I purchased a “Worry-Free” 2014 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Subaru of Scottsdale on May 23, 2025. Less than a month later, multiple certified shops confirmed the truck needed $12,000–$16,000 in major repairs — suspension, turbochargers, cooling system, and high-mileage maintenance — all of which had been identified in an inspection just weeks before AutoNation sold it to me. Despite claiming every vehicle undergoes a “rigorous inspection” and is “ready for the open road,” they sold me this truck without disclosing any of these issues. I notified them on June 16 with full documentation and offered to resolve it privately. They acknowledged the report — and then disappeared. No follow-up. No help. Want proof?
