The delivery of our beautiful new Outback was delivered by David who did a great job. Sara Bishop the general manager contacted us twice to find out how everything was going.

Had a good deal on oil change for Memorial Day and used it. Declined additional services as to change air and cabin filters. All in all took less than two hours

Used car totaled by sales driving home for me and rear ended my car as well over 12000 damage. That car had airbag and front end damage and fixed and put back on lot since it was pretty much a salvage. It just went back on lot st ford Scottsdale 13 bmw 135 convertible black. Run as fast as you can from that store. Terrible customer service and GM

We purchased a used car from Adele and Eve at Subaru Scottsdale. We loved the car, and though the 1Price, no haggling, amount was higher than I wanted to pay, we chose to purchase the vehicle. I've bought a few cars over the past two years. The time to complete the purchase was average, though I liked that documents were signed digitally. Two things stand out about the service at this dealer. The car was delivered with a full tank of gas. Also, the follow-up communication has been outstanding.

I've heard it said that buying a car is like having a tooth pulled without novicaine. Maybe at some dealerships, but not here. This was actually an enjoyable experience. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and very pleasant to work with. No high pressure sales nor upselling of products or services.

Service was excellent! The sales people were really helpful. They seemed to care. The price was resonbable. the processing time could have been less. Have more loan processors.
