Rob the service manager guided me and my two dogs through a stressful breakdown arranging the tow, helping us find a pet-friendly hotel room, where to... eat, and he personally drove us to and from the dealership! They got me out of there in just over 24 hours, good people.
New Customer - I called on Friday to discuss a specific used truck on their website. The owner, Joe, answered and I immediately knew I wanted to do business... with him but I was struggling with what to do with my current truck and thought I might need to just keep it. On Monday, Joe called me and Camille texted me because they found I had a private rebate. After 3 hours on and off the phone, I was the owner of a brand new truck. I never thought I would buy a new truck again, but they made it so easy and went the extra mileS to make it happen for me. On Tuesday, I went and finally drove the truck I had purchased over the phone. They made me feel like family and it truly was the best buying experience I’ve had. I felt a relief when I left the lot on Tuesday and I’ve never had that happen before. Thank you Joe, Camille, and Barbara for your help! I’ll be back!

I bought a new 2013 ford edge in 2013 and it has been in the shop 4 time s to be repaired I have 71000 miles on this vehicle and i have no confidence... that it will start and run as it should
