I’m writing to commend the service dept at Johnston Ford. I only know the names of the 3 members who are the face of the dept but the people who work in the background to keep our vehicles running deserve a big shout out as well. Terry has been the very capable service manager for many years. Samantha and Rob, service advisors, always greet me with a smile and are caring and efficient. The service dept kept my last Explorer running beautifully for 14 years. I have no doubt they will do as well with my 2017 Explorer.

Rob the service manager is great!
Rob the service manager guided me and my two dogs through a stressful breakdown arranging the tow, helping us find a pet-friendly hotel room, where to eat, and he personally drove us to and from the dealership! They got me out of there in just over 24 hours, good people.

Absolutely, the best buying experience ever!
New Customer - I called on Friday to discuss a specific used truck on their website. The owner, Joe, answered and I immediately knew I wanted to do business with him but I was struggling with what to do with my current truck and thought I might need to just keep it. On Monday, Joe called me and Camille texted me because they found I had a private rebate. After 3 hours on and off the phone, I was the owner of a brand new truck. I never thought I would buy a new truck again, but they made it so easy and went the extra mileS to make it happen for me. On Tuesday, I went and finally drove the truck I had purchased over the phone. They made me feel like family and it truly was the best buying experience I’ve had. I felt a relief when I left the lot on Tuesday and I’ve never had that happen before. Thank you Joe, Camille, and Barbara for your help! I’ll be back!
