I have had all of my Mercedes service performed at Mercedes Benz of Augusta since June of 2006. I have found pricing reasonable for the work performed. Everyone associated with service has been friendly, polite, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Work performed by the service technicians has always been exceptional and performed timely. My service writer Ryan Thompson is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. It is a pleasure working with him.

I received a text AFTER I left the dealership when my repair was done which stated I declined a number of services. Not sure how necessary they are as I never talked to anyone. Not a good experience.

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I brought my car in for a scheduled morning appt. and had to call the following morning to find out about my car and was told that it had never been looked at. Was still sitting in service area. I will be taking it to another facility to have it diagnosed and repaired.
