I always wait until I visit Augusta to get my car

I always wait until I visit Augusta to get my car serviced at this Mercedes Benz location. Coming from South Florida, everything is just too expensive down there. So, since I have family and friends who stay in Evans, I prefer to get all of my car needs in Augusta. They are never too full. Professionalism is of utmost importance. They get me in and out in good time. And they find me discounts whenever they are available.

We were told our car fell under a recall.

We were told our car fell under a recall. They ended up opening our sunroof shade all the way and now it?s stuck! It wasn?t that open when we brought it in. The corporate office told us there was even goodwill. They wouldn?t even talk on the phone in Augusta ga. Text only. I?ll NEVER buy again. I?ve owned a few. I?ll never give them any business. Mercedes failed us. This is safety issue being ignored. Thousands to fix. We called a guy in north Augusta and he said don?t tell me GLC 300 and he was right!

Service time is too long.

Service time is too long. If you wait on the vehicle. I think they schedule too many cars.Everything else was just fine. The price is very expensive.
