The Client Advisor was very attentive, funny, helpful and professional.

I have bought my 4th car from Chuck Gardner at Porsche Birmingham. There?s a reason for that. He makes the process easy and is always helpful in every way. Even when I need service on a vehicle, he makes sure that is handled efficiently too. I appreciate the relationship with Chuck and whole dealership.

I saw the truck on cargurus.com over the weekend. I sent an email through the automated link not expecting to hear anything until the following Monday, but I got a response and had an appointment solidified for Monday. Drove to Birmingham first thing Monday morning and purchased the truck. The dealership was immaculate and the service from sales and financing was great.

CPO Porsches go quickly in today's market. I've been shopping for a 911 Cabriolet. I found one through my online search a CarGurus @ Porsche Birmingham (PB). On a Saturday morning I called PB and spoke with Greg Garrison to see if the car was still available (super nice guy). Not only did he confirm it was still available he sent me an iPacket that contained all the information for the car and answered any questions I would have had about it. I told him I would be there by 2:00 and asked if there was any way to hold it (I live in Atlanta - 2hrs away). When I pulled up to the dealership - not only did they hold it, they hada sign in the window with my name. I met Greg then he turned me over to Lee Goodson - the sales guy (also a super nice guy). We took it for a test drive and he gave me some information on the car and I was hooked. The buying process was handled by another Lee (unfortunately his last name escapes me but also a really nice guy). During all of this Sam Fuller, the GM, came by to introduce himself (super nice guy). If you haven't caught on - it was a pleasure to work with everyone I met at Porsche Birmingham. We have two Porsche dealerships in Atlanta but I would go back to Porsche Birmingham when ready for another Porsche.
