Came to service our car & left with a New Truck
Brought our car in for service. While we waited checked out then Frontiers on the lot. Decided to talk to Chas Brown about some of the features. He pays attention to his customers & gets to know them. He showed a feature that made the truck they had fit my needs. We highly recommend seeing Chas Brown for your car & truck needs at Columbus Nissan. This is our 3rd purchase with him. He makes sure your vehicle meets your needs and your expectations . Everyone was there was very helpful and pleasant. From past experiences buying a car, this was by far the easiest. There was not a lot of paperwork and we didn't have to sit for hours waiting on my car. I would definitely recommend Columbus Nissan! ??

Love Columbus Nissan!
I have been going to Columbus Nissan since 2003 when I bought my Xterra and now I have bought a Rogue. Customer service is excellent in the Sales, Service, and Parts Department. Great experience
Salesmen Ryan and chas both helped me out and were amazing throughout the process. My fiance drove several cars within our price range and unlike other dealerships they respected our price range and showed us vehicles well within our budget.

Horrible service
One of my friends told me to go see Deb Doughty at Columbus Nissan. First of all, She would not return any of my calls and when I finally drove there, she seemed more interested in Talking about personal things instead of me wanting to buy a vehicle. I left feeling very Uncomfortable and will not be returning!
