Made an appt several days ahead for recall work. Despite notice of the recall work to be done, they were lacking a part to finish the work. I would either... have to leave it overnight-having Brought it in at 9 AM, or make another appointment for another day and make all the arrangements that have to be made to do that. I also had an oil change and tires rotated and balanced during this appointment. I hope they changed the oil, because they didn’t put a new sticker on my windshield with all the pertinent information about mileage and approximate date for next oil change. And I assume they rotated and balanced the tires, they didn’t finish the other two things so I’m really not sure. I’ve always liked this service center, but since they’re the only ones in town now –and I don’t have another choice for recall work— perhaps they don’t pay attention to details as much as they used to. I still have to take my vehicle back to put the last small plastic part on it-but I guess I have to have an entire day free to do it. I was very disappointed with the actual service this visit. The people who do intake and the driver were great- but the actual service doesn’t even rate 3 stars.

Waiting 90 minutes for an oil change, when you have an appointment is to long. I only choose dealer ships for my oil change. Thier customer service is... excellent.

I've bought several Hyundai vehicles, I've been happy with each and every one of them, they are good on gas and cheap to maintain in regards to tires and... such. The warranties are very good can't hardly beat them. They make an excellent first car student car or family car and they are very good on gas get wonderful fuel mileage. They will not promised you a miracle and they do not perform miracles but they will do everything they can to get you in a vehicle.

Poor service. Last time I went they lost the dip stick for my car. This time I took the car in for a warranty issue and they broke the stem on my tire... and it now leaks. Both filling air and checking oil are minor things. Since they are incapable of filling a tire with air and checking oil I would never trust them for any repairs. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
