Took me over 45 minutes to different times waiting on the

Took me over 45 minutes to different times waiting on the phone for no one to answer. Diagnosed my vehicle and didn’t even diagnose it correctly. Spent $500 on a part that didn’t fix the job.

The salesman Ayo was polite, responsive over the phone,

The salesman Ayo was polite, responsive over the phone, and great in person! The only drawback was the haggle on my trade in value from his manager. I don't like the haggle but I guess it is part of the process. But not Ayo's fault. Overall, a good experience.

Took my car in to program a new ECU.

Took my car in to program a new ECU. It was my last option before just junking my car. Kane called me after it did not fix the problem and asked me to give him some time to look at it further. He found the problem in just an hour or so! So happy to have my car back! He earned my future business.
