My salesman didn't know Jack about the car I wanted to

My salesman didn't know Jack about the car I wanted to purchase. Had he know more about my car then he would have explained about my key fob. When I couldn't get the fob out he wanted me to drive it two hours one way to let their service department get it out. I called a friend and he finally got the key out of the slot. Plus he explained that there is a spot on the left of the steering wheel where I could hold the key fob and start it. He also explained that if I had the fob in my pocket I could unlock the car by pushing the button on the door to unlock it. At the same time with the key fob on my person I could also start the car, and I could also turn the engine off. IF the salesman knew this he never shared the information with me. It sure would have been useful information. He also told me the the sunroof only lifted up. That is also wrong since my friend showed me it would open all the way back. Very, very disappointed with Mr. Jean ?????!

They are amazing and very friendly.

They are amazing and very friendly. They go above and beyond to help you. I had a lot of questions and they answered my questions. There was no pressure to buy either. They were very patient with me throughout the whole process.

Had 9:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation.

Had 9:15 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Service was supposed to call I finally went to check on it at about 3:00 while waiting on service advisor paperwork was brought to counter. 1st time using not impressed.
