Joe made my experience very easy. He did his best to get me the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. I am happy with my new Dodge Challenger. I will be recommending Joe to all of my friends and family. If I decide to purchase another car in the future from Landmark Dodge, Joe will be the person that I will ask for.

Did not like like I was not told until signing paperwork...

Did not like like I was not told until signing paperwork that I had to put down $1000 instead of the agreed $500 other than that it was great.

My husband had been searching for a new truck for quite some time. He knew exactly the vehicle he wanted, as well the price range in which he was willing to pay. After searching on the internet, he found EXACTLY what he wanted at Landmark Dodge in Georgia. After calling the dealership, he was put into contact with Howard Wenbert. Howard was nothing short of wonderful to us! Unlike most car salesmen, he was not interested in making an extra dollar off of his customer. Instead, Howard dealt us the lowest price from the very beginning! He was honest and straight forward during the entire process!!! We drove 3 hours to putchase this vehicle and make a deal with Howard and would MOST definitely do it again!!! The entire staff; salesmen, financial team, secretary, and all employees we dealt with were absolutely wonderful and willing to help in every way possible!! THANK YOU LANDMARK DODGE!!!!!!!!!!!! And THANKS to Yusef for the super fast and easy financing process, as well as the ARBYS cupons for supper!!!!

The selection is realy good. I went in looking for a used Chrysler 300 and they about 7 of them. Joe was able to get us in one of them, with in our budget. The car was very very clean with it being 5 years old. Everything Joe told us he could do, he did. Thank you again Joe and Landmark Dodge

Joe Graves really made my day today. I came in his office...

Joe Graves really made my day today. I came in his office to trade my 1999 camry in and walked out with a new 2013 dodge dart. Mr. Graves really puts alot of effort into his career because even though we weren't easy people to talk to, he still made sure before we let his office we were completely satisfied. He let me test drive the car and explained to me what all the functions do and he made sure my car was up to my standards before I left dodge. I give Mr. Graves 5 stars for excellent customer service, and I am also recommending people who are looking to lease a car ask for him cause unlike others he will take care of you, and that's exactly what he did for me. I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December...

I purchased a new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December 2011 from Landmark. I was interested in the new JGC since I first saw it back in the summer. I went to Landmark in August to get a closer look and test drive. (I put up my guard anticipating the usual high pressure sales tactic routine.) Mr. Chuck McCall came up to me and introduced himself and began explaining everything in detail about the vehicle. I did lots of research before I came to the dealership and he knew everything I already knew and more. We did the test drive and I was very impressed, although I was not yet ready to purchase. He told me that he would keep in touch, (which at a dealership usually means that they will call you every day until you change your phone number.) It was nothing like that with Chuck. He called a couple of times to let me know about new sales and offers but never came across as pushy. December came around and I was ready to buy. I brought my wife to the dealership this time and we did another test drive, just to be sure. We were convinced that we wanted the vehicle and that we wanted to purchase it from Landmark, wholly due to the service we received from Chuck. I signed all the paperwork in the afternoon but had to go into work for a couple of hours. Once I came back that evening, I handed over the keys to my trade-in and Chuck had my new dream vehicle detailed and ready for me. It's been a year and I still love it just as much as I did on day one. Thanks, Chuck!
