Everyone was very nice and friendly from the sales staff to the finace department. Each person I came in contact with was very helpful and the dealership was very diligent in there follow up after the purchase to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with everything

I arrived at Landmark and was immediated greeted by Lamin...

I arrived at Landmark and was immediated greeted by Lamin Ceesay. He was very polite and professional in his demeanor and knowledge. Mr Ceesay showed me the exact Ram that I wanted to see. I was very pleased with the final deal that was offered to me. I had previously dealt with a competitor that gave me a bit of a run around. At Landmark, the whole process was quick and very pleasurable. Landmark will always have my car buying business and I am recommending them to all my friends and co-workers.

By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson was Amy and she was extremely friendly, patient, and had a great attitude. My credit isn't the best, but she was very kind and worked hard to get a deal done. I am very anxious at dealerships and she definitely calmed me down. I would never want to work with anyone else after dealing with her.

Our salesman Elvis was very knowledgeable ..I told him what i was looking for in a car and when i thought i would only be able to afford a used veh, he was was able to find a new 2012 veh to fit my budget. i was able to get all the qualities of a car that i love, including a sun roof.

Landmark team is very customer centric, trying to make...

Landmark team is very customer centric, trying to make every potential customer happy and get the best fit for the customer and their transportation needs. Every time I have looked at another dealer i always return to Landmark. Selection is always extensive, the inventory of vehicles all have sensible and popular options and the pricing always starts with the window sticker. The finance people are quick and explain the numbers so anyone can follow them. I have never felt any pressure to buy anything but have always had the options explained so I can make the best decision for my needs.

Rodney Moody worked very hard for us to get us the car that we really wanted, a 2012 Dodge Challenger. He was able to work with us to not only get the car that we wanted but in the payment range that we hoped for. Excellent customer service. I was greated with a friendly smile outside even if it was a little chilly. Mr. Ceesay,took the time to explain the different features of the 200. During the test drive he showed me how the features worked. He looked on the lot to check for the color I wanted an the interior. That particular lot didn't have it. The staff took the time to find what I wanted. Most of all the price of the car fit my budget!!!! The finance managers were great. Thanks.
