Great Service

The Service Advisor, Brandy Gaylor made sure everything was taken care of. I dropped my car off expecting to not hear anything for a while, but heard back in an hour that my car was fixed and ready to go.

Great service and a very clean facility

Everything from top to bottom. Was pleased with all the service I received. They got the paper work done as soon as possible and they took pride in everything they were doing. The facility was also very clean which makes a big difference. I have been going there for years and will continue to do so.

Excellent service

This car buying experience was like none I have ever experienced. From the moment that I walked through the door I felt as though they staff was there to meet with me and listen to what I had to say and want to help me in my situation. I never felt pressured by anyone and walked out with a deal and Landmark has made me a lifetime customer.

Great mind changing experience

Ms. Brandy was very excellent with her customer service. She took care of everything. I was really uneasy with taking my jeep to the service shop with landmark due to the worst customer service I experienced during the buying process. However, Ms. Brandy made me reconsider giving landmark another chance and possibly buying another vehicle in the future. She deserves all the thanks and even a pay raise if possible. Her customer service was not only excellent with me but with the other customers that were ahead.. Job well done!

Professional service from every team member

My service was free as my salesman promised. They told me it would take about 2 hours and it did. I crossed paths with 4 reps while there and all were superb. I asked the lady about accessories i had been seeing on some jeeps and she said they likely came from west coast. I talked to parts about accessories and he gave me a printout of what is available.

Love my Dodge

The selection of new vehicles was outstanding. The overall friendliness of the sales staff was a major plus. The finance officer was friendly and very helpful. Really good experience.
