i bought three vehicle from them shame on me a new ford raptor so i went back bought a used tahoe and used 1500 both had issues the tahoe dents and chip... windshield as well as missing headrest they said they would fix never did cant get them to respond the 2019 1500 had 30k miles and had vibration it was a dented drive shaft they said would repair never did cost me 700.00 and also shorted my payoff by 500 also had in agreement 2000 in acc and free oilchanges the paperwork disappeard terrible facility i spoke to the gm himself bad attitude Dennis Kerce!! do NOT EVER BUY here I sent email to Allen no response he pride himself as being a veteran as i am as well NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN

My most recent oil change had me waiting 2hours and thirty minutes- unacceptable. My prior oil change, was told that my windshield wipers were changed... without notifying or asking my permission. The drivers side wiper is worthless and I will have to replace it this week. I do not paying for something that I didn't ask for or get.Prior to this, I have been satisfied with this dealer service.

This place has by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. They try bait and switch when I told them multiple times I didn’t want the vehicle.
