Oil Change

I had my oil changed at Gene Messer Ford. They provided Uber to take me to a place and also returned me back to the dealership. My pickup was serviced and I was on my way. Thanks Gene Messer Ford.

Truck repair

Great customer service and helpful employees. Kept me updated on the repair process. A little expensive for the repair that was needed but not bad for a dealership.

Jenny helped when my daughter’s car needed a new battery. I live 6 hours away and she was so helpful and made the process quick and extremely easy!!

I had a positive experience with them. Their customer service was phenomenal Logan kept in communication with me the whole time my truck was getting repaired. I will definitely use them for any service I need in the future.

Got new tires and they did a good job

Purchased new tires and they put them on fast. Great service and was very please with everything. And I didn’t even purchased my vehicle from there.

This place is a joke

Took my pickup in to get worked on because it would not run and everything was still under warranty they diagnose the problem and tell me it’s this and that but would not give me a loaner or rental and kept my pickup for almost a month and then decide to tell me that it was out of diesel. This place is pathetic.

Mr. Campbell, we are sorry to see that you are not satisfied. The rental F-150 truck offered under warranty was declined by you and we understand that you needed a larger truck which unfortunately Ford wouldn't cover and our rental fleet doesn't have one in service. Upon check in we were informed that the truck wouldn't start up and we followed the proper manual procedure to troubleshoot and diagnose the concern with the information that was given to us initially. We are sorry that it took longer than expected for you, we can assure you that we made an attempt to resolve the issue quickly as we had Ford assisting with the troubleshooting throughout the entire process. Vehicle Service

Great customer service, Jennifer kept me posted throughout the repair process and even followed up when my car was ready even though it was her day off! Work was done in a timely manner and the cost was acceptable based on the national average for the repairs.
