I have never had a dealer’s rep be as kind and helpful during a purchase and delivery of a car. I don’t think I’ll need to ever buy another car but, if I do, I’ll only work with Juan.

Went in for the 40k mile check and all was done was a oil
Went in for the 40k mile check and all was done was a oil change. Tires were never rotated and brakes still make a noise. Almost 2 hrs for that. I think I'll have my oil changed somewhere else next time.
