I went this past Tuesday to try and buy a Ford Maverick. On their website the truck was discounted around $500. I found out that I also qualified for a $750 rebate as well. Their website says price plus all government fees. No where on their website does it say that there is a doc fee. They tried to charge me a $599 doc fee when they were coming up with the total purchase price. I asked them to take the doc fee off of the price and the salesman said no. This is deceptive advertising at its finest. He never even tried to take it to the sales manager to see if he would take off the doc fee. This is the first dealership that I have been to where a salesman never tried to fully help the customer. I can see why they have tons of cars on their lot. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs for their dishonest advertising on their website.

Great salesman, bad back office
I had a great experience with the salesman, Jason. However the "back office" left me in a mess. They processed my loan for MORE than our agreed upon "out the door price" and I didn't find out until the loan showed up in my credit union account. I review and signed documentation for one number and it was processed for more. This left me paying a much higher monthly payment than I'd expected with the financed amount they and I agreed to. They acknowledged their mistake and sent a check for the overage to my lender but that only came off my principal and didn't take me back to the loan terms and payments that I agreed to, I therefore am left paying a much higher monthly payment and nothing is being done to rectify that burden left on me.

Dishonest Dealership
WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! I called on late Friday afternoon about a truck on thier website. Salemans confirms it's still for sale, I told him I would be there Saturday morning. Called Saturday morning, truck still there and for sale. I drove 1 hour from my house to arrive at 9am, test drove truck and loved it. Filled out application and signed it. 15 minutes later the saleman came back and said the manager said it sold the day before. IF IT'S SOLD, HOW IS IT STILL ON THE LOT AND I AM TEST DRIVING. Basically the truck was listed way below value to just get people in the door. IT IS STILL LISTED ON THE WEBSITE!!!!!!! Will be contacting the BBB on Monday morning about dishonest dealership.
