Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Everyone was helpful and did not pressure me. Answered every question I had. Process was quick and comfortable.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else... They sell vehicles that the Check Engine light comes on less than 24 hours after purchase and then tell you to go kick rocks... DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS DEALERSHIP...

I would NOT recommend this dealership.

I would NOT recommend this dealership. They do not honor agreed upon prices. I recently attempted to purchase a vehicle at Mike Bell Chevrolet in Carrollton, GA. I proposed an offer to purchase the vehicle in writing via email and it was accepted via email. After paying appx $190 for a pre-purchase inspection I began to sign paperwork for the vehicle and this is when the sales representative notified me that they would not be able to honor the offer that they had agreed to earlier that day. I still have the email chain showing the accepted offer. After discussing the issue for several minutes, I agreed to forgive the internal miscommunication that they admitted to and requested a refund for the cost of the inspection. The finance manager refused because it was completed at an independent auto repair shop (Goodyear). The next day I sent an email to the CEO and I also sent a copy of the email through FedEx. I received no response and I am still out of $190 plus the gas that I used to drive to the dealership which was an hour each way.

Stay Away – Horrible Experience After the Sale I recently purchased a used Ram 2500 from Mike Bell Chevrolet, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within three days of owning the truck—and after driving it less than 100 miles total (just the trip home)—the check engine light came on, along with a warning for the electronic throttle control and a fuel filter issue. The truck ultimately wouldn’t even start due to a dirty fuel filter. What makes this worse is that the fuel filter odometer said 100%, clearly not reflecting reality. This was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase. When I contacted the dealership, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior, especially from the service manager, who claimed the truck was “working fine” when they had it—despite admitting they never actually drove it. I asked a reasonable question: if a fuel filter needs replacement every 10–15k miles, why wasn’t it checked or replaced before selling it to me? The response? “It’s not our job.” Completely unacceptable. Now they expect me to pay out of pocket for a serious issue that happened within a week of purchase. No accountability. No support. Just passing the buck. If you’re considering buying from Mike Bell Chevrolet—don’t. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

As always, the service was outstanding.

As always, the service was outstanding. The repair of my tie was done quickly and at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. The sales manager (Zack) and the salesman (Ryan) wrote up a deal for a Certified vehicle that I accepted via text and verbally. Called the dealer to do a deposit since I do not leave nearby. They then stated that they had additional interest in the truck and were not ready to follow through. They said they wanted to hold the truck through the weekend to see if someone else would purchase rather than honoring the deal, on paper, that they offered me. Highly recommend searching elsewhere rather than dealing with untrustworthy individuals like these.

Horrible!

Horrible!!! This place avoids you and continually lies to you. Unless you get it in writing you can't believe anything they say. Tore up my truck when they changed out the blown engine and threw it back together just to make it work. Caused by air conditioning to stop working and would not fix it unless I was willing to pay their cost for replacing the compressor that was working when I gave it to them. Gave me no written warranty information on the "new" engine that is actually just a "remanufactured" engine they tell you is new. I bought this truck brand new from them (not "remanufactured") with only 11 miles on it with working air conditioning. They said it would take 4-5 days to change the engine. It took them 5 weeks and a day to return my thrown together truck back to me (after several phone calls and dropping by to inquire about when I would get it back). Parts have been put back incorrectly installed, my hood is out of alignment, the a/c blows only hot air, the cooling fans don't work at all.... My engine warranty is only "word of mouth" (not in writing) for supposed 3 yr/36,000 miles. Never again! I would give them a -5.

I am a little disappointed because I clicked to get a KBB

I am a little disappointed because I clicked to get a KBB quote straight from this dealer's website. The BB value was around $4500-$6500. However, when I got there I was only offered about $3,000. I did not even receive enough to pay my car loan off. But, they promised that was all I could get out of my used car as no dealer could sell it with over 130,000 miles. Now they have my car for sale on their lot for around $8,500 and I am a little taken aback by this. I am left feeling taken advantage of and I don't think I will ever go back here.
