Been going to Mike Bell for years and always have my SUV serviced by them. They are professional and friendly and I highly recommend them. They get the job done and they get it done right!

After four hours I ended up paying $629 for two batteries, oil change, tire rotation, and cabin filter. After complaining about the cost of the batteries and charging $150 for running a diagnostic when I actually told them it was the battery. They came down on prices of what they first quoted me and gave me a 10% senior discount. Still think it was to high! Got home and checked prices of the batteries they put on and found them over $100 cheaper than what I paid. Of course everything was charged individually for labor. Maybe I don’t understand how they pay their employees but taking five minutes to run a diagnostic at $150 a pop is really high to me. You would think the diagnostic would just be a common thing to do anything time you take your car in for service. I understand maintenance but this was a lot to take in when you go in thinking it was going to be maybe few hundred. I did thank them for getting the price down from the first quote. They were nice after I was visibly upset.
