Bryan Richardson was a great help. He was knowledgeable about the truck I purchased and helpful with the trade in process. The parts/accessories clerk was also very friendly and knew the products well. The dealership was clean and sunny. Employees seemed happy to work there.

Firstly RSM Ford is where I purchased my F-150 hybrid.
Firstly RSM Ford is where I purchased my F-150 hybrid. Matt sold the truck to me by locating a truck that essentially matched the configuration that I built online. And I drove out with it in a couple weeks. The service department is stellar as I have always experienced great service. My last service was simply a no charge recall. They called me to inform me of the issue and created my service time to my liking. Another Matt met me and took care of things. This guy is very personable and friendly. My truck was complete and washed in time for me to attend an evening commitment as I requested. RSM Ford is a dealership that can be trusted and desires to keep us customers happy. Side note; I purchased my first car at 16 at Downey Ford which has lineage to this dealership. I recognized old wall photos on the wall from Downey Ford and was informed of this fact when I inquired.
