Recently picked up my 2021 Bronco First Edition from Santa Margarita Ford and I have to say that I am now relieved. I'm active in online communities and have been reading the scary stories of dealerships playing games with reservation holders, charging bizarre fees, and taking advantage of customers. This was not the case at Santa Margarita Ford. Meehow and team played the "what you see is what you get" strategy... which is awesome. No games, no pressure tactics, it was a great experience. Great experience again. My family has purchased 10 vehicles from Santa Margarita Ford over the years and each experience has been wonderful. Just purchased a new explorer sport and the process went smoothly until their computers crashed on them. We had to come back the next day to finish the financing. Once we started the paperwork things went smoothly and quickly. A big shout out to sales associate Matt who assisted us with the process and even came in on his day off to help us finish the paperwork. Never have had a problem with this dealership when buying cars or having them serviced.

Been going here for regular service since I bought by car almost 6 years ago. It's always been top-notch! Recently, I had to take my car in for a repair due to some pesky rodent chewing through some wiring - the fix was fast, and reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier!! (though my feelings regarding the hungry rodent are not quite so positive) :)
