Once again , another positive service department experience here at RSM Ford. Fredy Campos handled my concerns and there were 3 warranty issues along with the 15K service and alignment on my 2023 F-150. Work was completed same day, Fredy handled the special order parts for 1 of the warranty concerns, and is actively assisting me on warranty replacement inquiries into my Factory Tonneau cover- I highly recommend him. I always crawl under every car after it gets serviced and I can verify the technicians don’t leave any oil residue, the oil filter is tight and the fluid levels are topped off. It’s the attention to detail I look for and RSM Ford has always met my expectations. They handled service and repairs on my old 2006 F-150 as well as my 2003 Cobra and I always had the same results. Customer for life!

I have come here twice to buy a new car and both times I went to another Ford dealer without showing them their price and have gotten atleat 4k less.at other dealerships and when I didn't buy they kept changing people on Mr trying to close me .

This was my first experience and it was great. The young man, Salvador who helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable. I listened to his recommendations and he even enrolled me for a rebate that I knew nothing about. The service was timely and I will return without hesitation. Great experience working with Clare in the Service Department. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Clare is an excellent service advisor who takes pride in her work and has a sincere interest in customers.

I’ve been to other Ford dealerships and the service department at Santa Margarita Ford is truly superior. I always ask for Fredy Campos, and he is alway great about keeping me updated on my car, answers questions patiently and is just all around a very nice, helpful person. I’ve never had a better buying experience. Vincenzo is very professional and courteous. He ensured that I was familiar with my new vehicle before I left the lot. Vincenzo kept me up to date as we went through the paperwork and the entire buying process. The vehicle was as described and was off to the side ready for me to test drive when I arrived. The follow up after the vehicle was in my possession was equally as good checking in with me to find out if there were any items they could address or any other concerns that I may have had. It was a 2 hour drive to get there but the experience was so worth it.
