The best salesman hands down

Gary Travis at Serra Kia Gardendale was the best! He went above and beyond and made my buying experience wonderful.

Great experience

Been looking at a sorento for a while and when my daughter purchased her Kia I knew it was the right choice for me. She referred me to James who was very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Bill the finance guy was not pushy like most finance managers and got me in and out. I love my new sorento and would recommend Serra to anyone!

purchase a new Kia Sorento.

Went to Serra Kia in Gardendale Al 06/16/16 just looking around. Marion Gordon ( sales asso.) presented my wife & myself with a wonderful deal on a 2016 Sorento. Her polite and professional attitude was a very big seller for us. Lol we also love the new car.

Routine Service

I went to Kia yesterday (Saturday) expecting the normal service routine. You know the kind. Disinterested manager with long wait times and upcharges. I was blown away by Bryan Arrington! He was up front with us on the cost and wait time (which was very quick). Great guy! Very pleasant! Would hire him out from under you if I owned a dealership at any cost!

Service

Went into the service center on a mid Saturday morning expecting to see it crowded. I was't. The first person I encountered at the desk was Bryan. He wa excellent. He apologized for the inconvenience of the construction and told me that the company was committed to making this service area great. The service was timely,Bryan went through the entire print of services performed for my car. He is an asset to the company KIA!!! I have yet to be dissatisfied with this place!

If you love your CAR ask for Bryan Arrington.

I take great pride in my 2013 Kia optima. So I need a service department that cares about my car as much as I do. To be honest with you when I first met Bryan he expressed to me concern for my car. The first time I took my Kia in for service I was a little concerned. I have always wanted and did most maintenance on all my previous cars. Because I trust my work. Bryan Arrington put me at ease and made me feel welcomed. His knowledge and care was evident in his speech. I feel like as long as I keep going to see him my Optima will last me way beyond the warranty.

Great customer service

I relocated to Warrior and John helped me transfer my maintance plan from Anniston store to Gardendale to keep me from having to drive. They did a great job on getting my kia soul serviced, I didn't spend alot of time waiting. The customer service was exceptional!! Thank you!!

Good experience

We have always enjoyed coming to the service department in Gardendale because Brian has always been so good explaining things in detail we appreciate his honesty and will always do business there with Brian in the service department

My experience

Nice enough people at this dealership but very unprofessional. After speaking with a salesman for 4 days I was promised that the car I was driving to buy ,cash my mind you in full ,would be held for me . So after driving 15 hours from NJ to Alabama to purchase this car I find out when I get there that someone else has sold the car the night before. Smh, how tacky is that.

Excellent Service

I bought my car about 4 months ago from Kia Serra. The transaction went very smooth and the car was detailed to a "T" when I bought in. My car was due for oil change, and I brought it in to the dealership at KIA Serra. Brian Arrington took care of me for the service work. He was very polite and provided excellent service. My oil change was completed quickly and then the service center clean my car. I will surely return to the service center for oil changes. The value and the quality of service is second to none.
