I don?t prefer shopping directly at the dealer but had a wonderful experience here. Went looking for a used car, and found a brand new one for around the same price as the used?incredible! Staff was very welcoming and friendly! They even found additional discounts I didn?t even know I was eligible for. Great experience. I?ve also taken the vehicle to them for service every time since.

My experience with John Miles Chevrolet , Buick , and GMC was far above my expectations. Everyone was nice Professional and Pleasant. It was a great experience from the first phone call , to me driving off the lot In a Brand New Car. Me. ! Yes it was Me. I?m gonna Shout to the roof~tops and Scream into everybody Ears . John Miles Buick Chevrolet
I call John Miles Chevrolet on July 18, 2022 around 2:00 PM. I need an Fuel Injection Service and a Oil Change. I spoke with a person who transferred me to service department. Mr. Keith answer the phone I told him what I needed to be done. He ask me how soon can I get there. I said you can take me today. He said sure. I was surprise. When I got there the young lady came to my car welcome me with a smile and ask me did I have an appointment. I said yes at that time Mr. Keith came welcome me with a smile. He was so professional, friendly and warm hearted. I enjoy taking my car to be service because I always have a pleasant experience. Thank You John Miles Chevrolet for the wonderful employees you have working for you.

Worst experience at a dealership
Worst experience I?ve ever had at a dealership? I called the dealership to schedule to drop my vehicle off because my engine light was on. The lady I spoke with, she was the service manager that scheduled my appointment for July 5th. I dropped my vehicle off early on June 30 because it was about to be the weekend, and Monday was a holiday (July 4th), so I decided to drop it off early to avoid any issues of the 5th. I spoke with another service member prior to the 5th, when he was checking in my vehicle. I called the evening of the 5th to check the status of why my engine light came on/ a diagnostic, and I was told that my car had to be on a 7 day waiting period because I dropped the car off. I asked the service man if I needed to come with the vehicle for it not to sit for 7 extra days, and he told me?No? I did not need to be with the vehicle? I told him (KJ) that it didn?t make any sense because I had an appointment and scheduled for the vehicle to be dropped off on 7/5 and he just confirmed that I did not need to be with the vehicle for its appointment. He then told me that he don?t see my appointment, which did not make any sense? I requested to speak to the service manager who had scheduled my appointment weeks prior to me scheduling dropping the vehicle off? I have left several voicemails, I have left message with the front desk, I have left messages with the service man KJ, and that manager did not call ever to address my concerns, not once? Be prepared to have your vehicle held hostage and no one that can provide you with answers? Drop your car off 7 days in advance instead of making an appointment, because you have to wait weeks for the appointment anyway, and may have to wait another week+ after your appointment date for your vehicle to be seen? get a rental, or have some sort of back up for transportation, or these people will ruin your life!! Good luck!!

$205 Oil Change
Had oil change for camaro. Last Chevy dealer charged $85. John Miles charged $205 nothing extra , will not buy from them ever again

The only good thing happened was the cashier gave me a few dollars off that high oil change. The bad thing is they told me I had 3 nails in one tire and need to pay $300 for a new one come to find out took it some where else there was 2 nails that were plugged for free at Sams

Oil change
Not sure if they?re short staff always getting my oil change here but it was a long wait I left my vehicle and no one call to let me know my vehicle was ready!
