I have been in the market to purchase a 1500 truck for 2 years. When I had visited Atlanta area dealerships for Toyota, GMC, Chevy, and Ram I had to leave their dealerships as they had either outrageous dealer markups, addendums, or received their stuck up attitude. John Thornton Buick GMC dealership was the answer. Since my first contact with Molly King in sales, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy while answering all my questions to the point. I must also add Andrew Coker, financial advisor here as he quickly understood my intent and provided the best service. I purchased a GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and completed the process from test drive to signing documents in two hours. This dealership provided me with a great vehicle purchasing experience as you would expect. I am very happy to meet the individuals at this dealership.

While there purchasing our XT4 I was concerned about being able to get groceries out of the back, I am handicapped and cannot reach to the back. Justin told me he would be sure to get me a cargo net, it has been 3 months and I have not received one as of yet. We went down one time to pick up floor mats and he told me it was on back order, but he would mail it to me as soon as they came in. I also talk to Ryan the sales Manager and he said he would check on it and get back to - NEVER CALLED BACK. You are only as good as your word. And their word isn't good, you promise customers something and don't follow through on your word. I called again today and had to leave a message - let's see if anyone calls me back. I love my car, but I also need sincere customer service also before I would return to them or even recommend them to a friend. They didn't hastate to take our check but can't even return a phone call!!!!!! Charlene C. Salesman Anthony was particularly refreshing. He was calm, helpful, knowledgeable and did not push the sale. He was a pleasure to get to know and to work with.
