Excellent dealership.

I have bought 5 vehicles from Grand Strand Nissan. Jim Adkins is a great salesman. He is very knowable, and very friendly. Drew he sales manager is also a class act.

Great customer service award goes to lady.

Had the rear brakes replaced. Ever time we go to the service dept. We are greeted by this lovely lady she sure knows her stuff . I understand she has worked there for 20 plus years. The is very helpful, curtious. The men in that dept. Should watch and learn.

Away from Home.

I brought my 2018 frontier pickup in to have noise in front and rear wheels. Terry in service said the rotars and pad were need of replacement, rusted bad. She called around to find replacement parts, found them and had the job done. We are here visiting and had my truck as our only way home. She explained they had the nissan pads, but installed after market rotors, and they cost less, but were good as the other ones. Very happy with her and the service we received. Thank you for helping us out. This was on March 8th, 2022.

No working fast charger for leaf owners

This dealership does not have a working fast charger for people that own Nissan leafs. Speaking with them, they made it perfectly clear that they are not willing to fix the fast charger that they have

Nissan North America owns the charging station and is aware that it has periodically malfunctioned during the past few years. Due to pandemic related factors, scheduling maintenance has been a factor. Nissan North America has scheduled an upgraded unit to be installed at Grand Strand Nissan in 2021.

Purchase

The complete purchased was very persaonal and staff was very nice and professonial. The salesperson was great in giving details showing how to operate tne vehicle. It did not take all day hours to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was detailed and ready when we got there for our appointment. Just a great experience.

Transmission issue

I went in for a routine transmission fluid and they say I need a new cvt transmission. My car was driving fine when I brought it in.

Great Service

Always have our car serviced here. Completely pleased with service. Get in and out very quickly. Friendly staff. Waiting area is clean and comfortable area to wait.

This place is a scam!!!!1

My overall experience with this dealership was very disappointing. My family and I drove all the way from Orangeburg, SC to purchase a car from this dealership. When we arrived we were told that someone had the car on an extended test drive an there was no paperwork to retrieve the car or the customer that was test driving the car. My assumption is that they were either holding the car for someone else or one of the workers was sporting the car out for the weekend. Either way I was very unsatisfied and will never purchase a vehicle from this location.
