When we first arrived we were greeted with friendly smiles from all of the staff Bill Adkins assisted us in purchasing our new 2022 suburban Dino was also very helpful in the purchase of the vehicle along with the finance department helping us with getting financed. I was told that they would look into upgrades for me and never did. Also said that I would not have to pay anymore payments for my trade in and another payment came out weeks later. The finance person was not friendly and did not seem as if he was trying to get you the best deal. Only good thing is they sold the truck for MSRP.
