This was the second purchase of a used car from Maxie
This was the second purchase of a used car from Maxie Price. David Smith was an excellent salesperson. The people working in the finance booth were dishonest, slow, and rude. They gave me quotes that had either the wrong finance rate or the wrong principle amount. The quote Brandon gave me was either for 13% or for a different principle amount. He told me the rate was 7.38% His numbers did not calculate properly. I asked for an amortization schedule no less than 10 times and was never given one. Mr. Price stepped in and came up with the same numbers I did and we made a deal. He and David were very professional. Dan was very efficient and kind with the large amount of paperwork.

Mrs. L. Redmond was amazing. She jumped right in on that busy Saturday and got me the truck I actually needed. She gave so many options and by the time I left, I had a different truck with all of the accessories I was looking for. Big thanks to her for taking the time and being patient with my needs. Let me start by saying we did buy our car here.
Let me start by saying we did buy our car here. The car looked great and it was a great price! We made an appointment with Caleb to look at one car. The car had nothing special to it. My husband told him our price we were wanting to stay around. He showed us a couple that were exactly what we were looking for but not what I wanted. So we left and then came back. The manager Ashley came out and asked what I wanted and the price we wanted. She said go look at the 2025 model and I will see if I can get some discounts for you. We went outside the newer models were $10,000 over what we wanted to pay. We go back in and she said “yeah I can’t do any discounts that much” (waste of time!!) so we finally went back and looked at the first car that Caleb showed us. Caleb said it had all the bells and whistles. I asked about keys because I’m pretty bad about keys. He said yes I believe there are 2 keys! We said great let’s do it!! We stayed for 2 hours just waiting on numbers!!! While we were waiting multiple people came in looking at the corvettes in the show room and EVERYBODY stopped what they were doing to assist them. We were getting a little angry after the 2nd person. We finally got to sign some paperwork with Juan and he was good. It was 8:45pm and we finally said we are gonna come back tomorrow morning for the car. They said great we will put gas in it and detail it and have it ready. We went back the next day around 11. Of course the car was not detailed or had gas in it yet. They told us to have a seat and they would be right with us an hour had passed. The general manager came up to us and said can I get y’all water we said no we want our car we asked what was going on. He left and never spoke to us again. They said we are waiting Caleb. But then someone came in looking at a corvette and EVERYONE stopped to him out. The corvette didn’t even crank so then they had to go get the parts and service men for EVERY EMPLOYEE to go help with the man looking at a corvette!! Finally the younger girl at the front desk (who was strange) took me outside to get my car connected and show me things about it. Then they told us the car only came with 1 key not 2! Caleb told us we could just go by one at the parts store for $200! No yall said it came with 2! Ashley finally came over and said “you can look on Facebook marketplace we have already done enough for yall!” Caleb finally came inside and said the car was ready! Overall we spent 9 hours at the car dealership. Caleb was great until the deal closed then he wanted to be a jerk! Ashley’s nasty comment about already doing enough for us, refusing to do anything else for us and wasting our time. The general manager not helping at all! The front desk girl who was clueless about everything! I won’t be back and wouldn’t send anyone there.

Very bad customer service received.
Very bad customer service received. My vehicle was damaged while getting service. No one told me before I left the dealership they damaged my car. I contacted the service manager Ryan and he has given me the run around to repair my vehicle. Left several messages for him since the service and left a message with the general manager Dennis. I never received a call back from them. I've received a damage vehicle, lies and poor customer service.

My experience at Maxie Price was great. Just went to " consider" the Colorado. Ended up buying. Chad was good to deal with as was everyone from him ..to sales manager...finance manager..customer service, etc. No high pressure. I am glad it worked out since this dealership is so close to my home.

Nice visit came in thinking i was going for a truck and ended up leaving wigh an upgraded version of my traverse (newer and better) and i felt same as the first time i came in i felt very welcomed and appreciated and overall excellent visit very friendly and attentive salesmen (Jamaal Saunders) and awesome people that deal with the numbers too thank you all members of maxie price we’ll definitely see you for my next car.
