Great Experience

I just purchased a car from Chris Walston. We went to several dealers in the Atlanta area and felt most comfortable with Chris and this dealership. He let us take all the time we needed to decide what we wanted and then he found it for us. We feel we got a fair price as well.

Could’ve done better

I simply had them run my credit to get approved before I chose a car. I had to call numerous times just to get someone to work with me..... guess what still haven’t gotten a call back

Excellent service before and after the sale.

If you want to be treated with class and treated like family, go to Nalley Infiniti and speak to Charles Brown. Charles was my saleperson and he was a pleasure to deal with from inquiry to sale to post purchase. Charles made sure the car I was purchasing was spotless and made sure we were treated with respect and like family. You will be impressed with Charles and how you are treated at Nalley. I drove 4 hours to get there and it was worth every minute. Thank you guys.

Attention to detail is not their strength! I have to bring the Venice back to the dealership because they didn’t reset the service indicator light. They also broke the windshield wiper blade while running the vehicle through the car wash.

Dealer Lied said the car was sold stil listed.

Dealer Lied about the car I was Interested in they had it listed for $6501 I was working with sales to buy this car. This morning they said it had Sold that's ok with me I lost out!! Just saw the Car still Listed not at $6501 but a Higher Price. This Dealer Lied to me and may to you watch OUT!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend the General manager Andre Young

Sales team wasn’t bad but the General Manager Andre Young has a bad attitude. Just wants to get your money. Everything you ask him he comes back with a story and doesn’t do anything to help. He told us the car would be ready and when we got there it wasn’t then he made an excuse and attempted to argue because he was wrong. Could not believe he was the manager. His Salesman was better than him I do recommend Charles Brown the salesman.

Recall- Defective Camshaft

NOTICE TO ALL CONSUMERS. I purchased a vehicle from Nalley Infiniti and it has defective Camshaft sensors. Nalley Infiniti is very much aware that this problem exist due to a recall. They will not honor the recall and are trying to charge me $2358.06 for faulty parts that were never replaced before selling to me. I am not disgruntle, this is just the trust and facts. The engine cuts off while driving with no notice several time recently. Several G-35 owners have had problems regarding camshaft sensor. A tractor truck almost slammed into me. This happen on the highway. Myself or other drivers could have gotten killed. In the event of my death I have documents, photos, videos of driving and cutting off that I've provided to my family and reported to other communication outlets regarding this defective part, because a vehicle cutting off while driving is deadly. Check out the recalls over last few years. Nalley Infiniti in Marietta does not care about the safety or well bring of its customers. All consumers need to be aware. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership ever again.
