Worst dealership. Would leave zero stars if I could. I was in negotiations to buy a 2020 911 and even spent $1000 on a PPI at Callas Rennsport as I was very interested in the car. I went back and forth with Chris Escobar and Lori Kizirian to clarify some details and was waiting for information on a dead battery and clarity on what service needed to be done(as service light was on) when I followed up today Chris told me the car was sold over the weekend and that he called me on Sunday(BUT DIDNT LEAVE A MESSAGE OR TEXT ME) like he had done before. xxx? Would not reco this dealership.

Car was cosmetically in great shape but mechanically it needed new front suspension and motor mounts. Then on the test drive the car threw two critical codes. We wanted to buy and drive the car away with assurance that at least the errors would be attended to, if not all, and were told that the car would be looked at by service or another dealership. Instead we were told it was sold to another person. Not sure what the point of our driving over an hour each way was to inspect their car for them? Or why they couldn't keep their word. I know it was a low priced used car, but it made me wonder if the manager can be trusted for larger transactions and more expensive products in their used inventory. I was eyeing another near 6 figure car on their lot as well but am inclined to try a different seller instead. Great snacks, and salesperson though. That almost redeemed the rest of this silly waste of our time.
