This was my first luxury purchase. Craig Giddens was my sales guy. He continues to communicate with me via text or phone call even after the sale to answer and guide me with any of my questions or concerns. Honesty Is what I think of when I think of Craig. That is a character that is hard to find and I am glad I found Craig for my purchase. He does exactly what he says he is going to do !!! Highly recommend!

I just bought a Range Rover from Hennessy, Louis was my salesperson, he was excellent. Craig is the Used Car Director and he was also involved. They listed the car incorrectly as a Certified Car, honest mistake, and I only found out about it when I was expecting it to be delivered(had agreed on the price, used the dealer for financing working with Mikael, who was also responsive). When they discovered the mistake in the way the car was advertised, Craig called and explained the situation, they went back to re-certify the car(on their dime), and delivered it to me in NC tonight! What a turnaround! Thought I was going to have to buy from another dealer. Louis delivered the car himself, along with Quan(to pick up my trade-ins) ...really outstanding service by both individuals, 6-7 hours of driving. They really went above and beyond. Hennessy restored my belief that there really are great car dealers out there. Would highly recommend this dealer and Louis, as well as Craig and Mikael. You should definitely ask for Louis when you are looking for a Range Rover in the Atlanta area and beyond, he has proven he will take care of a customer. I am sure the owners will be proud.

Jim was a great sales rep to deal with. Unlike other luxury dealerships that either ignored me completely or used tired sales tactics to try and close a deal, Jim was professional, patient, knowledgeable and fun.
