As always, the service is outstanding.

As always, the service is outstanding. Brett Weaver, my service person is unbelievable. His knowledge, expertise about my vehicle, patience at explaining needs, his sensitivity to my budgetary needs are amazing!

Brett and the service team are very professional!

Brett and the service team are very professional! All my issues were addressed competently--even a punctured tire which I was not aware of. I recommend the dealership without reservation.

My service manager Jason King is always very helpful with

My service manager Jason King is always very helpful with the information I need. He was able to get me in right away when I popped two tires in a pot hole.

Great experience.Hee Soo very detailed. He always keep you informed and explains what is wrong in detail and the process to fix. Everyone always kind and helpful.

Repair work was completed in less time than indicated.

Repair work was completed in less time than indicated. Dealer provided a loaner car that was similar to my car making the experience good. Great job done on the repair work. Service advisor very professional.

Mark Miller was the worst.

Mark Miller was the worst. I arrived at 8:35am for an oil change I requested to have my tires checked I left this horrible place at 2:30pm. I was never told it would take 6 hours. I had to ask a young lady and gentleman for an update. Mark was horrible and I will never be back. 13 years as a customer with Mercedes Benz of Buckhead and I have never had type of experience. He was rude and then I was overcharged.. I learned today they are under new management and it shows. My car is now making a loud noise when I turn the car off. I?m PISSED!!

Service was excellent.

Service was excellent. Appointment times were kept. Work done professionally. Knowledgeable IT professional and service manager. Everyone was a good listener and confirmed understanding. All in all, a pleasant experience.
