Sales lady brooxie did a wonderful job communicating with me about the car.i drove 160 miles to test drive car.price was right .i had cash in hand.Manager... fumbled the ball on the one foot line.by not coming to some agreement on getting the car to my house.His only suggestion was was for me to drive back home get my daughter and drive back to atlanta from greenville sc .to get the car home.welli took my money and drove back home.Thank You!!!

We just purchase our new 2016 GMC Yukon Denali from Capital GMC, and their service was excellent. Brooxie Shelton and the rest of the staff made our car... buying experience smooth and pleasant. Brooxie and the others worked to get us a great deal on our Yukon, They were truthful and answered all our questions and helped us through the entire process. No pressure here, they will try their best to get you into the vehicle you want, not trying to pressure you into something else just to make a sale. This was the best and most comfortable experience buying a new car that I have had. I negotiated a GMC Yukon XL with final price and finance rate. After arriving to dealer to finalize the paper work, they told me the vehicle is sold but... they will offer me another one with different color for the same price. I agreed. I waited for almost 4 hours and finally they toke me to financing room. The lady there changes the finance rate from 3.19% to 5.79% (almost $4000 more in interest) and refused to print the sales agreement (can you believe it). I walked away and wasted my Friday afternoon to deal with crooks. Stay away. Terrible dealer, terrible salesman and terrible manager.

After 3 hours of waiting to... sign paper work, the changed my finance rate from 3.19 to 5.79... whopping $5000 more in financing. I walked out but wasted 1/2 day on my Friday.
