I worked with Zach Hamby in the service department for

I worked with Zach Hamby in the service department for two new front tires and alignment service. Mr. Hamby was excellent throughout the process. When I called the dealer to arrange service, Mr. Hamby was great about communicating, aided in a price match for the tires themselves, thoroughly described what the dealership would do, made sure I knew the timeline for ordering the tires, and was great at the dealership when we dropped off the car. Overall, I was extremely pleased with his handling my service needs and his professionalism.

Capital Buick Service Department has truly outdone themselves with strong regards to a remarkable Customer Experience, superseding mediocre Customer Service - because, yes, there?s a distinct Difference!!! They?ve been servicing my vehicle for the past six and a half years and I?ve Never, nor Will Ever consider patronizing any other dealership or auto body shop. The dedicated assessment, consideration and astute attention Team Leader Doug Aldridge provided, gave me peace of mind in preparation for my extensive ?road-trippin? ? journey ahead. I highly recommend entrusting this establishment with all of your car maintenance, detailing and repair needs. Thank you Doug and Allen for being Professional, Accommodating and Reliable - you both are Greatly Appreciated!!

I went in for a leaking exhaust pipe- an emergency for me

I went in for a leaking exhaust pipe- an emergency for me as I’m from Iowa and it failed in Atlanta. This failure was discussed in a letter from Buick. The Capital Buick service department is unscrupulous, rip-off artists for the unwary. They inspected the exhaust leak and then claimed all my filters needed replacing along with my wiper blades. They couldn’t find a Buick notification for a 2019 Enclave exhaust repair- three desk people searched for thirty minutes to no avail. I found it on google in one minute. As soon as I waved it under their noses a miracle occurred- one of them claimed they found it. They wanted to charge me $800+ dollars for this work. I said no to the filters and wipers- they finally repaired the exhaust at Buicks expense (as required per the notification letter) , Getting a feel for why they couldn’t find the letter?.I Had my oil changed in Iowa today- surprise! The filters and wipers are good. Capital Buick in Atlanta was out to rob the guy from Iowa of $800. I wouldn’t let them work on my bicycle after this episode.
