the whole experience was just not up to standards.

the whole experience was just not up to standards. Picked up the truck with fresh scratches on the fender. 1- the scratches on the truck I pointed out go up wards which tells me the scratches occurred from something rubbing up and down on it . theres not any on the hood , which if it would have happened else where then the hood would be scratched. So since some are covered up by the hood when closed I know it had to of happened with the hood open . If it was something rubbed up or brushed up against it would be going sideways . I pointed out the scratches and sent pictures and got offered to have it polished but they are too deep to be polished . It’s multiple scratches all right next to each other. It needs painted or corrected 2- the tech didn’t even put 1 mile on the car after repairs . How did he QC his job ?? I paid for a turbo boost related repair . How can you verify the intercooler and stuff works properly without driving?? The paperwork said the car was driven a total of 5 miles after repairs but the odometer hadn’t increased since drop off. So I’m guessing I’ll have to do the QC process and hope the tech did it right. 3- the coolant residue left all on the engine Bay Area . No cleaning or anything after repairs . Vehicle still smells like coolant . I just don’t think that’s what you guys strive for on the standard and experience for service . That’s very poor quality and service.

Repair estimate over priced, inconclusive and not

Repair estimate over priced, inconclusive and not competitive! I don?t think the service tech. Tried to solve the problem but instead recommended pricey recommendation. I went to another shop and got the problem resolved for a fraction of the Buick repair quote

Dear Capital One Buick GMC, I am writing to

Dear Capital One Buick GMC, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received at your dealership. I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change and mentioned to Radi Rafailov that my vehicle might need new brakes. I inquired about the cost of replacing the brakes, but at no point was I informed that there would be a $140 inspection fee if I chose not to have the brakes replaced at the dealership. Faced with the choice of losing $140 for a service I neither requested nor was informed about, I reluctantly decided to have my brakes replaced. This resulted in a total charge of $662.41. I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of communication and transparency regarding this fee. This is not the first time I have encountered issues with this dealership. However, since I purchased my vehicle from you, I have continued to return for servicing. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to reconsider my decision, and I am now seriously considering servicing my vehicle elsewhere moving forward.
